Modernizing what exists. Building what's next.

I re-architect 30-year-old, trillion-dollar financial systems into AI-native platforms, and build AI-first products from zero.

I work where AI meets the systems that can't go down.

Modernizing what exists

A $1.6 trillion investment platform, re-architected for AI

A 30-year-old platform moving $4.5 billion in trades a day, its logic buried in decades of DB2 stored procedures and overnight batch. I own the modernization end to end: vision, architecture, delivery. Here, accuracy isn't a feature. It's the whole product.

Production AI/ML

  • ML adaptive advisor engine Personalizes across millions of touchpoints; A/B holdout validated +30% qualified-lead volume.
  • Conversational AI agent Intent, dialogue, sentiment; the same pattern I first shipped at consumer scale.
  • Predictive segmentation K-means personas over 300K+ advisors; A/B holdout validated +50% lead-to-opportunity conversion.

Strategy & GTM

  • Digital-dollar / stablecoin GTM Business case, systemic-risk (SIFI) evaluation, presented to senior leadership.
  • Market sizing Quantified a ~$636B market opportunity across financial advisors (RIAs, broker-dealers, wirehouses).
  • Market entry Analyzed the $9T PE market; owned the product workstream for a mega-cap buyout fund offering, from analysis through recommendation.

AI-first products, from zero

Hands-on, at the frontier, with real guardrails, each taken from a real problem to a live product.

Conduit Live ↗ Code ↗

The internal AI platform the four products are built on.
Every AI product re-solves the same plumbing: which model, how to ground it, how to stop a confidently wrong answer, what it costs. Conduit makes it one control plane, so a new use case is config, not a rebuild.
  • A new use case is a config object: one profile composes routing, retrieval, agents, prompts, guardrails, and evals; nothing redeploys
  • Model-agnostic: Anthropic, Cloudflare Workers-AI, and OpenRouter behind one interface, cheap open weights for bulk and a frontier tier for judgment
  • Quality as a gate: fail-closed evals inline, named metrics offline, and an MCP surface so any capability is pluggable

Relay Live ↗ Code ↗

Relay reads the book, drafts and prepares; a person decides and sends.
A wealth manager's AI can flag twenty million client opportunities a year, but turning one into a documented, approved, client-facing action is the part nothing does.
  • Eighteen agents, eight mirroring real compliance desks (Reg BI, complaints, vulnerable-client protection), reading the whole book on a cadence and citing every claim
  • No outbound send path exists in the codebase: enforced by dependency-cruiser and a CSP that blocks it, not a permission the UI withholds
  • An eval harness that doesn't grade its own homework: expected outputs recomputed from raw CSVs, checked against hand-labeled data across 585 messages, in CI

FounderFirst Live ↗ Code ↗

Penny, the autonomous bookkeeper that runs your back office 24/7.
Every accounting tool was built for accountants, so founders still do the books themselves.
  • You speak founder; Penny speaks accountant: categorizes across Stripe/bank/cards, chases late payers, keeps books CPA-ready
  • Multi-model routing: the right model per task, and answers grounded in your real ledger, never guessed
  • Learns your business's own rules: sharper every transaction

RoleOS Live ↗ Code ↗

RO runs your job hunt. You make the calls.
Senior AI roles are being reinvented faster than any job board can track, while AI-written mass applications collapse the signal.
  • Find → Apply → Land: honest scoring (pursue/maybe/skip); RO drafts everything and sends nothing
  • A five-gate agent under a simple surface, via a metered multi-model registry
  • Reliability as code: no "send" tool exists, guaranteed by an invariant test suite

Pulse Live ↗ Code ↗

Jira, if it filled itself in.
Project tools run on manual upkeep, so the tracking becomes a second job, and the board quietly lies when anyone falls behind.
  • Senses the work: reads every commit & PR into live plain-English status; nothing to update
  • Prompt-injection defense: attacker-controllable input, auto-published to 64 people, guarded server-side
  • ~10-20× cheaper (modeled pilot spend) through identity-based caching; 800+ tests

Team Collaboration

Rally Live ↗ Code ↗

Team chat that actually builds the team.
Slack and Discord move messages but don't build culture, and any points system is instantly gamed.
  • Peer-confirmed recognition, plus commitments that become GitHub issues (closed = kept)
  • Ungameable ledger: append-only, rank computed never stored; you can't confirm your own
  • The AI has no authority: it drafts, but never writes a points-bearing row
● live · Next.js 16 · Firestore · server-side AI

…and they talk to each other

Pulse and Rally aren't two silos: an agent in one can dispatch work directly to an agent in the other. Keyed by shared identity, they exchange recognition, progress, presence, and commitments. It's a working agent-to-agent dispatch mechanism across independent systems, the exact pattern enterprises face as every tool ships its own agent.

A decade of building

The through-line

Before modernizing trillion-dollar finance, I founded companies and dragged legacy systems into the future at startup scale, and distilled all of it into an operating system that now runs every build.

CredR · Co-founder
2015-2021
Was one of India's largest used two-wheeler marketplaces.
  • Scaled it 0-to-1: 150K+ cumulative transactions, an $18M revenue run-rate, $29.5M raised (Yamaha, Eight Roads, Omidyar), a 450+ person team.
  • Modernized an entire dealer network: took 1,050 dealers off handwritten ledgers onto a mobile-first, ML-powered platform (10× consumer growth), the same instinct I now apply at $1.6T scale.
  • AI from day one: an ML pricing model covering both acquisition and resale, trained on 800K vehicle histories; NLP chatbots auto-resolving 35% of 4,000+ monthly queries and cutting resolution time 42%.
The decade, systematized
